“Giles, at this point, nothing new about you shocks me anymore.” Buffy was remarkably calm about their current situation. “Honestly, I’ve seen it all.”

“I highly doubt it,” he muttered, doing his best to hide behind the curtain, the blush rising up his naked chest to his cheeks.

Water streaming from her hair and clothes, she asked, “How did this happen anyway?”

“I-”

Wide eyes met his. “Did you, uh, make some sort of wish?”

Caught out, he frustratingly exclaimed, “Oh, bloody hell!”

“You wished for me to to join you in the shower???”

Apparently he could shock her still.

This was wonderful!! I'd love to know what happened next! Or why that particular wish suddenly came true. At least we both know that Buffy is not going to be as upset as Giles is fearing! ;-)

As you know, in the interest of 100 words, certain details fall by the wayside, but either Giles subconsciously called her through his magicks (something he's stopped keeping keeping under tight control) while he was relaxed and thinking of her in the shower or he was studying a magickal artifact and it locked onto his magicks and when he was thinking of her and wished she was there, well... there she happened to be.

And yeah, Giles shouldn't be too concerned. ;)
