The St. Valentine's Day Massacre

Title: The St. Valentine's Day Massacre
Author: il-mio-capitano
Characters: Giles and Buffy
Prompt: Valentine
Rating: FRC
Length: 100

Posting bail for her Watcher had not been part of Buffy's plans for Valentine's Day.

"Possession of a deadly weapon in a public place?" she remonstrated.

"Which I didn't get back, you'll notice."

"Giles, you can't crash the mall with a broadsword and expect the cops not to notice. What were you thinking?"

"Well, Anya said there was a massacre in the Hallmark store so I thought I'd better get over there."

"And was there?

He shifted uneasily. "In a manner of speaking."

"Really?"

"Absolute carnage, Buffy. Grown men weeping... The soft toy section alone was the stuff of nightmares."

LOL

I really do love this! I truly did LOL and then snorted for good measure. I can totally see it considering how many men leave it to the last minute and are usually cajoled into getting something for their sweeties.

Thanks for the giggles. :D

This is wonderful! It's not easy to make me laugh out loud but this does the job!
