I know! It's so not like me! But I wanted to write about unrequited love and be true to those feelings and emotions. (I thought of Giles first with the play on "no fool like an old fool". but Giles having an unrequited love for Buffy was been done to death.) Unrequited love usually doesn't end in a happy ending nor should it. Just because you love someone doesn't mean they have to love you back. It's why it sucks so much.
But I hopefully left enough clues that Margot isn't getting her happy ending either. She's barely getting a happy beginning. :-P
Obviously I still have thoughts about what is happening in this little world. I might have to revisit it someday.
